Responding to DailyBot Check-Ins
DailyBot for check-ins.
We use timely check-ins with the DailyBot App through Google Chat. For it to function, make sure it's connected properly on Google Chat. If there are any issues with DailyBot, or if you have suggestions for new check-ins or feedback on any current ones, let Isabelle know.
1. To start, when a check-in is populated in the DailyBot chat, it will let you know with an introduction chat. When you're ready to respond to it, click "Start __ Check-in." This will begin the questions.

2. After going through the items requested in the check-in, respond to it with the buttons or free entry, depending on the question.

3. Questions will come one at a time, once you respond to the first question, the next one is sent.

4. When you answered all the questions, it will send an outro chat. Sometimes there will also be an additional question about your motivation for the day. After this the check-in is complete, and will repopulate again based on the set frequency of the check-in.

Typing 'commands' will also prompt a list of commands you can type into the chat.

Other Features:
Set Time Off:
Type ' set time off YYYY-MM-DD to YYYY-MM-DD ' to set some time off in DailyBot. Doing this will make sure DailyBot does not message you while you are off work

Google Calendar:
DailyBot can be integrated with your Google Calendar. With this integration you can ask 'What's on my schedule (today, tomorrow, or for [date])?

You can also ask DailyBot to schedule meetings by typing 'Schedule a meeting at [time] with @user [date, tomorrow, etc].

However this feature is still in Beta mode. To get all the proper meeting details, you will still need to click the meeting link and edit to fill in the rest of the info.

Kudos
These are little messages that can be shared in a space and/or sent directly to a user to show appreciation. Type 'kudos to @user [custom message]' to give them kudos.
Also note: When using DailyBot commands tagging a specific user, do not actually tag their Gmail or the message will not send. You only need @[first name].

Virtual Commute
Turning on this feature, DailyBot will ask for a time you would like to end work at. At that time each day, it will alert you that it's time for work, and will do a small task such as a meditation, joke, or just end the commute as a way to wind down.

Pomodoro
Sets a focus time in between work and a break.
